SMS Compliance: GoHighLevel enforces strict SMS compliance requirements. All SMS opt-in consent data and messaging originator information will not be shared with any third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties.

AI Service Provider Limitations

California residents have the right to request or request deletion of personal data we have collected. We DO NOT sell your data.

CAN-SPAM Act

In accordance with CAN-SPAM, we agree to not use false or misleading subjects or email addresses, to identify messages as advertisements in some reasonable way, to include the physical address of our business, to monitor third-party email marketing services for compliance, to honor opt-out and unsubscribe requests quickly, and to allow users to unsubscribe by using the link at the bottom of each email.

Telephone Consumer Protection Act Compliance

We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act in all SMS and automated communications. Our GoHighLevel CRM platform is configured to support full TCPA compliance including obtaining express written consent before sending automated SMS messages, providing clear opt-out instructions in every SMS message, honoring opt-out requests immediately, not sending SMS messages outside of permitted hours between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM in the recipient's local time, and maintaining records of all consent and opt-out activity.

COPPA

We do not specifically market to children under 13 and do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Our services are intended for adults who are of legal age to enter into contracts.

Fair Information Practices

In order to be in line with Fair Information Practices, we will take the following responsive action should a data breach occur: we will notify users via email within 7 business days of becoming aware of the breach, and we will notify affected users via SMS when the breach may affect data collected through our GoHighLevel CRM platform.
